Satisfaction Guarantee

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If the quality of the jewelry is not what you expected you may return the item for exchange or return within 10 days of purchase. Customer must contact Silver Fringe and get authorization for return prior to shipping back any items. Customer pays for any shipping charges for the return, and we recommend that you insure any items you return, as Silver Fringe is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

Any items returned must be unaltered, unworn, and undamaged.

Returns/refunds cannot be made for custom orders (however we will make adjustments to size if necessary).

If an item breaks that is strung on wire within the first year, we will repair it at no charge to you and you will only need to pay the shipping to return the item to us for repair. Otherwise, we will fix the jewelry for a minimum fee of $5 for earrings, $10 for bracelet/anklets and $15 for necklaces. Additional charges will depend on materials required.
